By accessing or using WonderSnap ("the App", "the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

These Terms apply to all users of the Service, including parents, guardians, and children (through their parent or guardian's account). Parents and guardians are responsible for ensuring that their children's use of the Service complies with these Terms.

Description of Service

WonderSnap is an educational mobile application designed for children that uses AI-powered object recognition to help children learn about the world around them. The Service includes:

• AI-powered object recognition and educational content
• Daily learning quests and challenges
• Badge and achievement system
• Parent dashboard for progress tracking
• Text-to-speech features

Eligibility and Account Registration

To use WonderSnap, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old (for parent/guardian accounts)
• Have the legal authority to create an account for a child under 13
• Provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account

You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
• Upload, post, or transmit any content that is harmful, offensive, or inappropriate for children
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service

Content and Intellectual Property

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without our express written permission.

User Content

You retain ownership of photos and content you create or upload through the Service ("User Content"). By using the Service, you grant WonderSnap a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:

• Store and process User Content to provide the Service
• Use User Content to improve our AI models and services (anonymized and aggregated)
• Display User Content within your account and to authorized users

You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to grant this license and that your User Content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.

Subscriptions and Payments

WonderSnap offers both free and premium subscription plans:

• Free Plan: Limited features, including a daily limit on snaps
• Premium Plan: Unlimited snaps, exclusive features, and premium content

By purchasing a subscription, you agree to:

• Pay all fees associated with your subscription
• Automatic renewal unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Price changes with 30 days' notice

Subscriptions are billed through third-party payment processors. Refunds are subject to our refund policy and applicable app store policies.

Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information, especially information from children.

By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

Service Availability

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless WonderSnap and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or relating to:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Any User Content you submit or transmit through the Service

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Service will cease immediately
• All data associated with your account may be deleted
• You will not be entitled to any refund of subscription fees

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or through the app settings.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by:

• Posting the updated Terms on our website
• Sending an email notification to registered users
• Displaying a notice within the App

Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service.
